Rocky Mountain Law Enforcement Federal Credit Union is Hiring a Bank Teller (FT) Near Aurora, CO

The ROCKY MOUNTAIN LAW ENFORCEMENT FEDERAL CREDIT UNION has an opening for a Teller. This person must have excellent in person customer service skills. Training will be provided on bank products and services. The position is in office at the Credit Union located at 992 Potomac Circle, Aurora, CO.
The pay range for this position is $21 - $25 per hour and is commensurate with experience. This position offers room to grow and advance. The Credit Union's policy is to promote from within. In addition to a competitive salary, the Credit Union offers a comprehensive health benefits package, paid holidays, a generous PTO plan, and eligibility for participation in the 401K plan.
Responsibilities:
  • A Teller is responsible for processing a variety of financial transactions in person, over the phone, and through electronic delivery channels.
  • Responsible for managing and balancing a cash drawer and preparing daily paperwork according to procedures.
  • This position requires cross-selling to members to deepen relationships that will benefit the member and the Credit Union.
  • Quality member service is a must.
  • Provides specific account information, processes account transactions, assists members, answers questions, and provides information.
  • For all positions, the performance emphasis is on providing service and sales delivery at the highest level, to ensure excellence in member service and to help meet Credit Union's goals and objectives.
Duties:
  • Greets members with a friendly, helpful, and positive attitude.
  • Ensures the Credit Union is represented in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answers questions and provides information regarding the Credit Union's products and services.
  • Performs a variety of account functions.
  • Cross-selling of products and services.
  • Completes ongoing training on BSA/AML regulations, RMLEFCU policies and procedures, and all credit union regulations and processes.
Qualifications:
  • Must have excellent verbal communications and above average listening skills.
  • Must possess the ability to type accurately and operate a computer terminal.
  • General knowledge of banking operations and procedures is helpful.
  • Pro-active in solving problems and taking the initiative to go a step above in all situations.
  • Ability to sit or stand for hours at a time while working on a computer, helping members with transactions, and/or providing customer service on the phone.
  • Ability to lift 30 pounds.
  • Cross-selling skills.

  • A professional attitude and appearance are required.
  • A significant level of Trust, Diplomacy, Privacy, and Confidentiality is required.
  • Adhere to all Credit Union Policies and Procedures including compliance with directives and expectations in the RMLEFCU Employee Handbook.
